Withdraw from the contract

If you want to withdraw from your purchase, tell us here. Within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

What to write

To process your withdrawal we need:

  • Order number
  • Date of the order and of delivery
  • Which items the withdrawal applies to
  • Your name and address

Copy this text and fill it in:

„I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [item]. Order number: [...]. Date of order / receipt: [...]. Consumer name: [...]. Consumer address: [...]. Date: [...]”

What happens next

We confirm your withdrawal statement by e-mail without delay. After the confirmation you have 14 days to send the parcel back, and we refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you prove that you have sent them.

Return shipping is at your expense — unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.
