Production and shipping

Each pair is made to order at a dedicated partner facility — which is why it’s slower than our tees and hoodies. Production 3–7 business days, shipping 10–20 business days: roughly 3–6 weeks in total.

This may exceed 30 days, which is why we tell you upfront, not in the fine print. If it runs longer than the estimate, we’ll email you and you can request a refund at any time.

Need it faster: t-shirts and hoodies typically arrive within two weeks.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, wherever you order from. Let us know, then you have another 14 days to send the package back. We refund the item price and outbound shipping within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is on you — unless the print is faulty or damaged: message us and we’ll send a new pair.

Care

Wipe the canvas with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash — it lifts the print. The insole is removable; let the shoes air out between wears.

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. For legal and freight reasons, our production partner does not ship to: Russia, Belarus, the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Ecuador.
